Time for the annual Christmas Eve dinner place cards for my sweet friend Colleen. This year she wanted something Santa inspired so I used SemiSweetMike’s mug cookie cutter to create this table setting. Where there is hope and magic, there is wonder. We could all use a little more wonder in this world. Hope your day is merry and bright, where ever and whom ever you are.

Are you listening? Suffice it to SLAY, those SLAY bells have been ringing! So many folks out there working hard 24/7, slaying their own world. This is my homage to all you amazing people. MMB offers you props with the proverbial pun. Keep up the good work and enjoy a bit of down time over the holidays. Merry everything!!!!

These winter themed cookies were given out as small gifts for the holidays. The timing was perfect as they arrived as the temperatures dropped and snow was predicted. I particularly liked the mittens where each design was a little bit different that the next. Design ADD.

Deer me. This herd is headed to my talented friend Jade; she is giving them out to her clients as a little gift when they come in to see her during the holiday season. Cookies are a brilliant idea for a reasonably priced, sweet treat for the holidays! A perfect aREINgement, for sure.

The main jolly old elf and his helpers made an appearance at this celebration. The helper elves were called out by name as they brought sweet treats to good girls (and boys). Ornaments added to the festive setting. Loosen those belts and let the season begin!

Thankful for people who brought others into their community. For the folks who had more that chose to help those who were struggling. Who, although they didn’t understand each others ways, sat down at the table together. Thinking of that first Thanksgiving celebration today.

Yes, yes. We love Thanksgiving, what with family, friends, food and all. But sometimes there are those awkward moments where the conversation falls off and … Like Cards against Humanity, here are some topics that can reboot that dinner table chitchat to awesome(Cranberry)SAUCE. Interestingly, turkey has no more L-trypotophan than red meats, cheese, chocolate, oats… but, hey, where there’s a couch, there’s a way! Happy Napzzz!

I am not a gym rat but I have a “thing” for dance-y group classes. The more choreography, the better. Funky, with a side of shake.that.thang, is optimal. So I thought our AMAZING instructor (with her flawless queueing and unmatched choreography) and her devoted hoot and hollerers deserved some inspired cookies; the brownies were dairy and gluten free to accommodate specific needs in the room. Some of the shirts have been modeled by fellow dancers and some were just one’s I would buy if they were available… Woot woot.

Autumn, in all it’s splendor, is my favorite time of the year. To celebrate the colors of the season, I baked some “autumnal” mini cookies to hand out to the neighbors! Just a little color to enjoy before we quiet down for winter.
